  • Can I view the puppies before placing a deposit? Absolutely. In-person visits are welcomed at our home in Bedford once the puppies reach 4 weeks of age. For peace of mind before visiting, I am also more than happy to arrange a live video call via WhatsApp so you can see the puppies interacting with mum in their home environment.

  • What health testing and paperwork do the puppies come with? Every puppy leaves KC registered (if relevant), microchipped, vet checked, and wormed to date. Parents are DNA health-tested (including PRA clearance) with low COI (Inbreeding Coefficient) scores. You’ll receive a full puppy pack including their paperwork, 5 weeks of free KC insurance, and a Royal Canin starter pack.

  • How do deposits, collection, and payment work? A non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ400 secures your chosen puppy after a successful chat or visit. Official receipts are issued immediately upon payment. The remaining balance is payable on or before collection day when your puppy turns 8 weeks old.

  • Do you accommodate international buyers or buyers relocating abroad? Yes, we occasionally consider exceptional homes abroad (including Dubai and Europe) provided strict transport and welfare standards are met. We do not mass-ship or air-freight puppies as cargo; any international travel must be arranged safely via dedicated pet couriers or personal collection to ensure the puppy's complete comfort and safety.
